First, check for a BMW folder in the following path: "ES File Explorer -> Scan -> Vehicle -> Europe -> BMW." If you find it, please delete it. Also, look for and delete the folder if it exists under "ES File Explorer -> Scan -> Download" and "Maxisys -> Data Manager -> Apps Uninstall." After doing this, restart the device, then go to the update center to reinstall the BMW software if necessary. (For different car brands, you can replace "Europe" with "Asia," "USA," or "Domestic" as appropriate.)
