How to transfer the free software from my faulty AP200 to a new one?
To transfer your software from a damaged AP200 to a new device, please provide us with the serial numbers of both the old and new AP200 units. We will coordinate with Autel's technical team to complete the transfer within one business day. Please note that once the transfer is complete, the previous AP200 will no longer be usable.
