If you see a message saying "The current language is not authorized, please contact the dealer to authorize" when selecting a language, please send us your device's serial number (S/N) and the language you wish to use. You can locate the S/N on the back of your device or in the "Settings – About" menu. Once we have your S/N, we will authorize the language within one business day.
After the language is authorized, you can set your device to your preferred language. Be sure to visit the Update menu to download all required updates the first time you change the language.
