Some recent system updates for the AP200 have introduced a software encryption feature that can lock the device if the software is deemed abnormal. Unfortunately, this feature may sometimes inaccurately lock devices. If your device has been mistakenly locked by the Autel server, please send us the serial number of your device. We will verify the issue and unlock it for you if it was locked in error.
